We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Field Sales) for our Gurgaon Sector 43 office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and converting opportunities into business. This is a field sales role that requires active market visits and strong client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territory

Visit prospective clients regularly and pitch products/services

Achieve sales targets and grow customer base

Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

Gender: Male

Experience: 1–3 years in field sales or business development

Education: Graduate (preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Strong presentation and persuasion abilities

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
