Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Business Development Executives. The role involves learning and contributing to lead generation, client interactions, and promoting company services while building a career in sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand company products/services.
• Generate leads through calls, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Assist in client meetings and presentations.
• Support senior team members in preparing proposals and business pitches.
• Maintain client records and follow up for business opportunities.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and business goals.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business/Management preferred).
• Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn sales, marketing, and client management.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, internet).
