Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Female Only) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/business development. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and enhancing customer retention. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong corporate networks, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and expand client base within Gurgaon.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
• Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain reports on business development activities and achievements.

Qualification & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Must have own vehicle for client visits.
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
