Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving a company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue.
It’s a sales-oriented and strategic role that bridges marketing, client relations, and business strategy.

1. Lead Generation

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update client databases.
  • Work with marketing teams to run campaigns that attract leads.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand clients’ needs, offer suitable products/services, and provide excellent post-sales support.
