As a Sales Representative at our company, your role involves familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by us and procuring new clients through various methods like direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. You will attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention. Your responsibilities will also include suggesting upgrades or added products and services to clients, crafting business proposals and contracts, and negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Additionally, you will equip staff with the necessary technical and social skills to enhance sales, review clients" feedback, and implement necessary changes to stay relevant in the market.
