Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales for our ERP solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a deep understanding of the B2B sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and outbound calling.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their ERP requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track all sales activities in CRM and prepare regular pipeline and performance reports.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and client needs.
  • Negotiation and closing

  • Interesting, evolving product with a large application scope: CRM, Accounting, E-commerce, Inventory, HR, Project Management etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in software/ERP sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of ERP solutions (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Tally, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
