Edural Classes is an educational startup dedicated to bridging the educational gap in Tier 3 and 4 cities and rural areas of India. By leveraging a blended learning model, the organization provides both online and offline access to academic courses for students in grades 7-12, including board exam preparation. The company is also committed to equipping students with critical 21st-century skills like AI, Public Speaking, and Graphic Design. Edural Classes is supported by institutions such as FMS New Delhi, CIMP, Startup India, and Startup Bihar. Its mission is to empower students with the tools and knowledge needed to excel academically and professionally.

Role Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential partners, and managing client accounts. Key tasks include lead generation, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to expand the company’s reach in targeted regions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Experience in Business Strategy and Account Management
Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working on-site in Patna
Previous experience in the education sector or startups is a plus
