Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and establish new business opportunities within the architecture, design, and construction sectors
  
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and on-site demonstrations
  
• Develop customized proposals based on client needs and product suitability
  
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project-specific client requirements
  
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture long-term business relationships
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region
  
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 38 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
  
• Prior exposure to building materials, interior solutions, or construction products is highly desirable
  
• Strong command over communication, persuasion, and relationship management
  
• Proven experience in client pitching and solution-based selling
  
• Bachelors degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
  
• Must own a laptop and a two-wheeler for client meetings and site visits
