Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Generate leads via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present suitable product/service solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, technical) to deliver customized proposals.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person).
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Meet sales targets and prepare regular reports on business development activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital services (web design, app development, digital marketing) is an added advantage.
