Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. Generate leads via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client needs and present suitable product/service solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, technical) to deliver customized proposals. Follow up on leads and conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person). Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. Meet sales targets and prepare regular reports on business development activities. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and client relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus. Knowledge of digital services (web design, app development, digital marketing) is an added advantage.
