We are looking for energetic and driven professionals to join our Business Development team to connect with companies and retail brands looking for office spaces and retail outlets on lease. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outreach, understands commercial real estate basics, and can build relationships with decision-makers to identify real estate requirements for leasing and fit-outs.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify corporates, startups, and retail brands planning expansions or relocations.Use LinkedIn, business directories, and data tools to build a steady lead pipeline.Client Outreach & Engagement:Reach out via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to CXOs, Admin/Facility Heads, or Real Estate Managers.Qualify requirements: size, location, budget, preferred move-in date, and lease tenure.Solution Selling:Pitch our companys capabilities in leasing solutions and turnkey fit-outs/interiors.Communicate how we solve pain points like space discovery, negotiation, and project execution.CRM & Reporting:Maintain and update lead data, outreach status, and follow-up timelines in CRM.Prepare weekly reports on lead funnel, appointments set, and progress toward targets.13 years experience in B2B sales, corporate real estate, or business development
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls/emails/LinkedIn)
Basic understanding of commercial leasing and real estate terminology
Self-motivated and target-driven; startup mindset is a plus
