Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead handling, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads and follow up to ensure conversion
Maintain and update client information in Excel or CRM systems
Support management in creating reports and tracking performance
Assist in developing strategies to increase client acquisition and retention
Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
Prior experience in lead generation or business development
Knowledge of Excel and basic management practices is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Result-oriented with the ability to work independently
