Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in the growth of the company by identifying potential industries through market research and developing lead generation strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to identify potential industries. - Developing and executing lead generation strategies across multiple channels such as email, social media, and cold calling. - Identifying and qualifying leads through research, outreach, and communication. - Managing and updating customer and prospect databases. - Analyzing lead generation data and metrics to continuously improve strategies and tactics. - Creating and delivering reports and updates to senior management. - Staying updated with the latest lead generation trends and technologies. Qualifications required for this role: - 0-2 years of experience in lead generation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. - Impeccable communication skills (both written and verbal). - Understanding of the US market. You will be working in the Phase 8 Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab, in the night shift (US Shift) from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The interview mode is in-person, and the company provides cab facilities for all female employees and one-time meal for all employees.
