Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong and ongoing relationships with customers through regular follow-ups
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt grievance handling

Field Sales & Business Development

Conduct in-person client meetings, negotiations, and close deals successfully
Generate new enquiries daily via cold calls, industrial exhibitor lists, websites, online research, and other sources
Responsible for meeting assigned sales activity targets and performance plans

3Sales Coordination & Data Management

Maintain and regularly update customer data, interactions, and correspondence records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales activities and customer expectations

Finance & Collection Support

Collaborate with the finance and accounts team to manage debtors effectively
Ensure timely payment collections and resolve any outstanding issues with clients
