Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, events, and business development activities.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with 0 to 2 years of experience who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. The candidate must be open to frequent travel and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits.
• Provide timely updates and reports to the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for work assignments.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
