Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to generate real estate leads through outbound calls.

Roles and Responsibility

Make outbound calls to generate real estate leads and explain property features, pricing, and availability.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients to showcase properties.
Follow up with interested clients regularly to ensure they have all the necessary information.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM or Excel for future reference.
Explain property features, pricing, and availability to potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR real estate market and its trends.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software or Excel for data management.
A Bachelor's degree in any field is required; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
