Business Development Executive

Job Title:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development

• Actively identify and acquire new clients through personal network, DSA channels, CA referrals, and cold outreach.
• Engage with CXO-level clients including CFOs, Finance Heads, and business promoters.
• Promote loan products such as Business Loans, Working Capital, Loan Against Property (LAP), Equipment Finance, and Structured Finance.
  

Relationship Management

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Act as a financial advisor by understanding client needs and offering appropriate lending solutions.
• Maintain detailed call reports and ensure regular client follow-ups.
  

Credit & Documentation Support

• Collaborate with internal credit teams to support loan evaluation and proposal preparation.
• Ensure complete documentation in compliance with internal and RBI/NBFC guidelines.
• Monitor loan portfolio, disbursements, collections, and renewals.
  

Revenue & Compliance

• Meet assigned sales targets through cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain strong adherence to credit risk and operational compliance requirements.
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role in banking or NBFCs.
• Proven network of DSAs, CAs, and financial consultants.
• Strong knowledge of Business Loans and LAP products.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and one regional language.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and CRM tools.
  

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
