Job Title: Business Development Executive Lending Company: Caparo Financial Solutions Limited Location: Delhi NCR / Mumbai Experience: Minimum 3 Years Salary Range: 6 – 8 LPA Joining: Immediate Roles & Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Business Development Actively identify and acquire new clients through personal network, DSA channels, CA referrals, and cold outreach. Engage with CXO-level clients including CFOs, Finance Heads, and business promoters. Promote loan products such as Business Loans, Working Capital, Loan Against Property (LAP), Equipment Finance, and Structured Finance. Relationship Management Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business. Act as a financial advisor by understanding client needs and offering appropriate lending solutions. Maintain detailed call reports and ensure regular client follow-ups. Credit & Documentation Support Collaborate with internal credit teams to support loan evaluation and proposal preparation. Ensure complete documentation in compliance with internal and RBI/NBFC guidelines. Monitor loan portfolio, disbursements, collections, and renewals. Revenue & Compliance Meet assigned sales targets through cross-selling and upselling. Maintain strong adherence to credit risk and operational compliance requirements. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role in banking or NBFCs. Proven network of DSAs, CAs, and financial consultants. Strong knowledge of Business Loans and LAP products. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Fluent in English, Hindi, and one regional language. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and CRM tools. Educational Qualification: Graduate in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field. Postgraduate qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
