Job Description

Seasoned Business Development Executivite with experiece selling SaaS software.

Mandatory Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • 13 years experience in field sales (door-to-door / on-ground)
  • Prior experience selling SaaS / software / ERP / CRM / billing apps
  • Comfortable with physical demos on mobile/tablet
  • Proven ability to close deals face-to-face (not just lead generation)
  • Experience dealing with non-tech customers (owners, managers)

Must-Have Skills

Strong product demo skills (explain app in <10 minutes)

Ability to translate features ? business value

Objection handling

Local language fluency (Telugu + basic English preferred)

Comfortable using WhatsApp follow-ups for closures

Sales Capabilities

Can independently:

Identify hostels/PGs in an area

Walk in without appointments

Do live demos

Negotiate pricing (within defined slabs)

Close and onboard

Understand monthly subscription selling

Able to push free trial ? paid conversion
