Job Description

We, Biotastic Health Systems (Ice Code Recovery), offer innovative cold therapy solutions and red light therapy panels to enhance wellness. We are transitioning to Biotastic and introducing saunas for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Location: Chennai

Payscale: 4.5 LPA


Role Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, including developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, conducting sales calls, and closing deals. The sales executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. 

The Business Development executive at Biotastic is ideally responsible for

  • Managing incoming leads & customer inquiries.
  • Driving B2B & D2C sales for saunas, chillers, and wellness solutions.
  • Developing relationships with gyms, wellness centers, and luxury homeowners.
  • Closing deals & hitting monthly sales targets.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Management & Sales Execution:

  • Engage with incoming leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Understand customer needs & present the best Biotastic solution.
  • Convert leads into closed deals through follow-ups & relationship management.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build & maintain relationships with high-end wellness centers & premium customers.
  • Provide exceptional pre-sales & post-sales support to maximize satisfaction.

Sales Performance & Strategy:

  • Achieve weekly & monthly sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or Monday.com).
  • Track competitor strategies & adjust Biotastic’s sales approach accordingly.


EXPECTATIONS:

Daily Expectations:

  • Contact all incoming leads within 24 hours.
  • Log all sales activities & lead progress in CRM.

Weekly Expectations:

  • Conduct 15-20 client interactions.
  • Achieve a minimum conversion rate as instructed.

Monthly Expectations:

  • Hit monthly revenue targets.
  • Close a minimum of 5-10 high-ticket sales.
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction score.


Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience along with skills in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Use of CRM tools.
