We are seeking a Business Development Executive with strong real estate sales experience to generate leads, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and approach potential clients for real estate projects. ● Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. ● Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients. ● Collaborate with marketing and tele-calling teams for lead conversion. ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
.Requirements:
● Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Target-driven and result-oriented. ● Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
