✅ Job Description (JD) Position Title: Business Development Associate (Multiple Experience Levels) 📍 Location: Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time 🎯 Job Summary We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Depending on your experience and strengths, you may work in in-house or field-based roles, contributing to lead generation, brand visibility, and sales conversions while collaborating closely with teams like Sales, Product, and Operations. 👤 Experience Levels Open 3+ Years of Experience (with leadership opportunities) Experience in Gold Marketing is a Plus Post Graduation - MBA is Plus 📌 Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries effectively Explain company products, services, and plans to potential customers Conduct offline marketing activities (activations, events, local campaigns) Present demos and product explanations to prospective clients Organize and manage online demos, events, and webinars Perform regular client follow-ups and relationship management Represent the company during client meetings, on-ground activations, and events Meet monthly targets related to sales, lead conversion, and engagement Collect market and customer feedback and report insights Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign effectiveness For senior roles: manage and mentor junior team members Travel to assigned areas as per the marketing calendar 🧠 Skill Requirements Language Fluency: Telugu, Hindi, and English (proficiency in at least two is mandatory) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales aptitude with strong persuasive and objection-handling skills Basic understanding of sales & marketing principles Experience in gold/silver/jewelry industry is a plus Experience in corporate/B2C sales is highly preferred Fast learner with adaptability to tools and product offerings 🎓 Preferred Qualifications Any Degree (Marketing/Sales background preferred) Leadership experience is a plus for experienced applicants 🌟 Core Competencies Excellent spoken and interpersonal communication Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive Confident in delivering product presentations Capable of handling objections and converting leads Ability to work independently or as part of a team Enthusiastic about customer-facing roles and fieldwork Comfortable working in a target-driven environment 🎁 Benefits & Perks Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives Rapid career growth with potential leadership paths Travel Allowance for field assignments Supportive and growth-oriented team culture Continuous learning & skill development opportunities No. of Vacancies - 30
