Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and aligning them with Vigyapan Mart’s offerings. Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets in terms of revenue, client acquisition, and retention. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creative, and execution) to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services. Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential areas of business growth. Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract closures. Maintain and update sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts for management review. Ability to handle and convert leads with digital marketing requirement effectively, with prior experience in an advertising and marketing environment Key Requirements: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach. Good presentation and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing, preferably in advertising, marketing, or media industry.
