Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate leads and drive sales.
• Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations to potential clients.
• Assist in negotiating and closing property deals.
• Maintain records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Travel to different locations as per business requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development/sales (real estate experience preferred).
• Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Technical Skills: Expert computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and online tools).
• Driving Skills: Valid 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler driving licenses.
• Must know local languages for effective communication.
• Willingness to travel extensively for work.
• Outstation candidates are encouraged to apply.
