US & Canada staffing business

US/Canada staffing ecosystems

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    new business development

    for US & Canada IT / Non-IT staffing
  • Onboard and manage

    Tier 1 & Tier 2 vendors

    ,

    Direct Clients

    , and

    System Integrators (SI)

  • Get the company

    empaneled with VMS/MSP programs

    (Beeline, Fieldglass, SAP, Coupa, etc.)
  • Develop relationships with

    MSPs, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners

  • Handle

    RFPs, RFIs, RFQs

    , vendor onboarding, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Work with

    Federal/Government clients

    (W2, C2C, compliance, background checks, security norms)
  • Build and manage a

    robust sales pipeline

    and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate closely with recruitment teams for

    timely submissions, interviews, and closures

  • Maintain accurate sales data, reporting, and forecasts in CRM tools

Preferred Experience

  • Proven experience in

    US/Canada staffing sales

  • Strong understanding of

    VMS/MSP workflows

  • Existing network with

    Tier 1/Tier 2 vendors or direct clients

  • Knowledge of

    US work authorizations, billing models, and staffing compliance
