Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves field-based sales and business development activities, targeting residential corporate, schools and institutions sectors. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and close sales for our coaching management, ground infrastructure and recreational facilities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients including coaching management, corporate offices, schools, and industrial areas. Present and promote Tirang’s infrastructure solutions for recreational and sports spaces. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and detailed presentations. Follow up on inquiries. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide market feedback to the company to help shape sales strategies. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, B2B, or infrastructure-related sales (experience with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
