Company Description Think Tank ConReal is a creative branding and advertising agency based in Vadodara - Gujarat , We provide a wide range of branding services, including Product Packaging designing, Social Media, Commercial ads, Product shoots, websites. Responsibilities: Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the agency’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople. Requirements: Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role in the digital marketing or related industry. Proficiency in English. Market knowledge. Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport. Time management and planning skills. Qualifications: Preferred Under Graduate. Understanding of print, digital, display, video advertising, etc. Great communication & presentation skills. Experience in handling clients is an added plus. Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills. Proactive and strategic thinker.
