Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart and motivated Business Development Executive to help us grow our business. Your main job will be to connect with potential clients, explain our services, and build good relationships to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, or social media
  • Understand client needs and explain our services clearly
  • Follow up regularly and convert leads into clients
  • Maintain records of leads, calls, and meetings
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team
  • Achieve monthly targets for leads and conversions

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Comfortable with calling and meeting clients (online or offline)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Graduation in any field (MBA is a plus, not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
