Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and digital channels.
  • Meet homeowners, businesses, and builders to explain solar benefits and solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and prepare accurate quotations.
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
  • Coordinate with the technical, filing, and accounts teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain daily reports and update CRM/lead tracking sheets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (solar sales preferred).
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems (training will be provided).
  • Ability to travel for client meetings.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident personality.
  • Must own a two-wheeler (preferred).
