Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and confident female candidates for the position of Demat Sales Executive. The role involves client acquisition through tele-calling, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Demat account services. Ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of the share market, be fast learners, and enjoy working in a sales-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:Perform tele-calling to generate leads and convert them into Demat account holders. Explain product features, benefits, and stock market basics to prospective clients. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-up and support. Meet and exceed assigned targets related to Demat account openings and client onboarding. Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions. Stay updated on basic share market concepts and services. Candidate Requirements:Gender: Female only Age: 21 to 25 years Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year in tele-calling/sales (preferred) Must possess basic knowledge of the share market Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus) A fast learner with a proactive attitude Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
