Summary:

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with expertise in Upwork lead generation. The BDE will be responsible for identifying potential clients and projects and effectively converting leads into customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong proposal writing abilities, and a deep understanding of Upwork's marketplace dynamics.

Platforms Used- zoom info, Lusha, Zoho, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Social Media Platforms
Industry- IT Industry (Service based/ Product based)

§ Responsibilities:

1. Utilize the zoominfo/zoho/Apollo/Lusha/Linkedin Sales Navigator/Social Media Platforms platform to generate leads and identify suitable clients and projects aligned with our services.

2. Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape on Upwork.

3. Develop compelling and tailored proposals that effectively showcase our capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.

4. Nurture leads on Upwork through personalized outreach and follow-up.

5. Engage in proactive communication with clients, promptly responding to inquiries.

6. Track and manage leads and opportunities within the Upwork platform, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

7. Stay informed about industry best practices and Upwork platform updates to adapt strategies and maximize results.

8. Once any lead generated on Upwork is passed to the BDM for conversion.

§ Skills Required:

1. Proven experience and a successful track record in lead generation and client acquisition on Upwork.

2. In-depth understanding of the Upwork platform, its features, and marketplace dynamics.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and communicate effectively with clients.

4. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

6. Knowledge of IT Industry and previous experience working with clients in similar domains is advantageous.

Education Required:

1. Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Any Specialization.

2. PG: M.Tech, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc (Science) in Any Specialization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,882.29 - ₹35,000.00 per month
