🧾 Job Title: Business Development Executive (International - IT Services Outsourcing) 📍 Job Location: Siddhraj Z Square, Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382421 📅 Note: Immediate joiners only | Only candidates who can join us within 1–2 days will be considered. 🕒 Shift: Night/ US Time Zone 💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Fixed + Incentive 💰 Salary Structure: Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month Incentives: Up to ₹20,000/month based on performance Total Potential Earnings: ₹50,000/month 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard international clients looking to outsource IT or digital services. Generate qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, or other channels. Understand client requirements and confidently pitch company services. Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations tailored to client needs. Build strong long-term relationships with foreign clients. Collaborate with technical teams to close deals and ensure project success. Maintain CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and conversion pipeline. Must bring at least three to five foreign clients onboard within the first month of joining to qualify for incentives and continuation beyond the probationary period. 🎓 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field 2–3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in IT or outsourcing 📄 Candidate Performance Clause: The candidate must onboard at least three to five foreign clients within the first 30 days of joining. Performance will be reviewed on a daily basis during this probation period, including consistency of outreach, lead generation efforts, and responsiveness.
