Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Generate leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities. Pitch products/services to potential clients and prepare customized proposals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings and industry trend Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve outreach and client engagement strategies. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
