Job Overview: SCRJ Real Estate and Solutions Private Limited, a leading developer in Dholera Smart City, is seeking  a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a key  member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sales of residential and commercial real estate properties, establishing relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our  business. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties in Dholera Smart City and surrounding areas. - Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and provide suitable property solutions. - Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers to generate sales leads. - Negotiate terms and close sales in line with company policies and pricing strategies. - Follow up with existing clients and prospects to ensure a smooth sales process and enhance customer satisfaction. - Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, property pricing, and industry developments. - Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and legal formalities involved in property transactions. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial). - Strong knowledge of real estate industry trends and local property markets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A results-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred. - A valid driving license (optional but preferred). - A professional and presentable demeanor. Desired Skills: - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. - Understanding of legal documentation and property transactions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
