Business Development Executive (BDE)

Pranav Doors & Windows Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring for the position of Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Delhi
Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Industry: Doors & Windows / Façade Industry

Preferred Profiles:

• Basic knowledge or keen interest in the Doors, Windows, or Façade industry.
• Familiarity with architects, builders, consultants or construction professionals is a plus.
• Good understanding of market trends and basic competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, builders, and consultants.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations for potential clients.
• Regularly follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
