Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy Business Development Executive to join our growing E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate will have a certification in digital marketing, working knowledge of AI tools, and hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing marketplace listings, and driving online sales across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across e-commerce platforms and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market performance to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives.
• Implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to drive traffic and conversions.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and Jasper to assist with content creation, customer communication, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with e-commerce platform account managers and vendors to explore promotional opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the internal team.

Requirements

• Certification in Digital Marketing.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is essential.
• Working knowledge of basic AI tools for productivity and marketing tasks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (preferred).
