Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and meetings to present our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and regularly update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate leads and represent the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
