Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions in Digital Marketing, Software Development, and IT Consultancy.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Work closely with technical and marketing teams to develop business strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and business goals.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client information and interactions.
  • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role in the IT industry (Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm may apply).
  • Strong knowledge of IT services including Digital Marketing, Software Development, and IT Consultancy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online business development platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience in handling international clients.
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, web & app development trends.
  • Familiarity with IT consulting frameworks and methodologies.
