Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through market visits references and networking Meet architects contractors dealers corporates and end customers Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions Prepare and coordinate quotations with the internal team Follow up on shared quotes and convert them into confirmed orders Maintain and update all leads deals and activities in Zoho CRM Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collect market feedback and competitor information Skills and Requirements Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to understand technical products and project requirements Self-motivated and target driven approach Basic knowledge of CRM systems preferred Willingness to travel for field sales
