Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a Sales Executive with proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly revenue targets. This is a target-driven role with excellent growth opportunities and attractive performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products/solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Track sales metrics and report performance to management.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of proven sales experience (IT/software sales preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Basic understanding of IT products and services.
