Role Overview

Handle B2B leads for cosmetics, skincare, haircare personal care manufacturing Build new business opportunities across India global markets Manage communication, lead generation, sales pitching client acquisition

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming enquiries from website, WhatsApp, IndiaMART marketing campaigns Generate new leads through outbound calling, networking online platforms Understand client requirements for cosmetic, skincare personal care products Pitch relevant product categories such as serums, face wash, creams, oils, masks, etc Suggest trending skincare actives, ingredients product concepts to clients Coordinate with RD for sample creation customization Present pricing, MOQs, packaging formulation options to clients Follow up with clients for sample approval order confirmation Negotiate terms close sales deals professionally Maintain CRM, track leads manage sales pipelines Identify new business opportunities in beauty, cosmetics personal care categories Research market trends, viral skincare actives competitor offerings Build long-term relationships with brands, startups distributors

Ideal Candidate Profile

Excellent communication fluent client interaction skills Strong calling skills (telecalling / inside sales / calling experience preferred) Friendly, talkative confident personality Ability to understand product requirements explain cosmetic concepts Good in follow-ups, negotiation sales closing Quick learner with interest in skincare, cosmetics personal care trends Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp Business, Email, Excel)

Preferred Background

Any graduate can apply Science / Chemistry / Pharmacy background is an advantage (not mandatory) Experience in BDE, Inside Sales, Tele-Sales or Client Handling preferred
