Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to businesses and potential clients, building strong relationships, and generating new software project opportunities for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients/businesses through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Explain our software development services and solutions clearly to prospective clients.
  • Generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Maintain proper records of outreach and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (IT/software industry preferred).
  • Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of software/IT services is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,425.62 - ₹34,035.53 per month
