Job Description

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Support Executive to assist in market research, sales coordination, documentation, and marketing activities. This role is ideal for graduates who are detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and want to grow in sales & marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and collect buyer/supplier data.
Prepare reports on market demand and competitor activity.
Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
Manage postings on B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
Support in drafting professional emails and follow-ups with leads.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices (under supervision).
Maintain lead records, communications, and follow-ups.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with buyers/suppliers.
Assist in drafting shipping/contract documents and maintaining records.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate (Business/Commerce/Science preferred).
Good English communication (written & verbal).
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, email, internet research).
Basic knowledge of trade process (training will be provided).
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary (as per company policy).
Performance-based incentives on successful deals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
