The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating new business opportunities within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services landscape, a proven track record in sales, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a self-motivated and results-oriented individual who can effectively identify, qualify, and close deals. Work Timings: 12pm-9pm (In-Office) Responsibilities Build & Manage relationships with prospective clients Cold calling & emailing potential clients in USA & UK as part of outreach Maintain consistent contact with existing clients Manage sales pipeline Analyze market and establish competitive advantages Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field 3+ years in sales industry 2+ years of experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success Preferable experience in Outsourcing Industry Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills CRM experience is preferred,
