Employment Type: Full-time
Shift Timings: 12pm - 9pm
Working days: Monday - Friday
Experience Level: Freshers & Experienced both are Welcome

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly communicative IT Services & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English and the ability to confidently communicate with clients across the various international markets. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of IT solutions, including website development, mobile app development, SEO, digital marketing, branding, and other custom software services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients for IT and digital services
• Explain service offerings (web development, mobile apps, SEO, digital marketing, etc.) clearly and professionally
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through calls, emails, and online meetings
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to deliver solutions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with strong fluency in English (mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them simply
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
• Basic understanding of IT services such as website development, mobile apps, SEO, and digital marketing (training provided for freshers)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
