Job Description

Essence Solusoft is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE - IT Fields only) to join our team.

Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad

Experience : 1 - 6 Years

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming inquiries with efficiency and responsiveness.
  • He/She should possess good written and speaking fluency in English.
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills to present ideas, proposals, and technical information to clients.
  • Proficiency in identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into customers.
  • Listening actively and attentively to clients and prospects is crucial for understanding their needs, concerns, and preferences. Understanding Client Needs, Building Trust and Rapport, Identifying Opportunities, Problem-Solving, Avoiding Misunderstandings, Handling Objections, Feedback Collection.
  • The ability to influence and convince clients, prospects, and stakeholders to take specific actions, make decisions, or adopt certain perspectives.
  • The ability to persuade potential clients, negotiate contract terms, and close deals effectively.
  • The ability to analyse complex situations, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative plans and approaches to achieve long-term goals.
  • The skill to prioritise tasks, manage a busy schedule, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and techniques to gather and analyse relevant data.
  • Capable of meeting and surpassing sales targets, thereby contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Additional responsibilities

  • Being open to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Ensuring the upkeep of sales records and overseeing all aspects of business leads and sales management.
  • Travelling for business meetings as needed.
  • Overseeing company operations seamlessly, from lead generation to the delivery of customer products.
  • Compile reports and create presentations as needed for the Sales.
  • Coordinate with various teams, including marketing and technology, to ensure alignment of the Inside Sales Team with company goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,579.74 - ₹43,660.55 per month
