Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in the solar energy sector. The role involves generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth for our solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
Coordinate with the technical team to provide solutions tailored to client requirements.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain proper sales records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Business / related field).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in solar industry sales or business development.
Strong understanding of solar energy solutions, products, and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer orientation and result-driven approach.
