Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to be the first point of contact with potential clients. This role requires someone who is sharp, confident, and persistent — a true hustler who can convert conversations into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company offerings.
- Qualify leads, maintain detailed call logs, and update CRM systems.
- Follow up diligently on inquiries, leads, and past conversations.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to schedule meetings and ensure smooth handovers.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong reasoning ability, presence of mind, and quick grasp.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in tele sales/inside sales/customer engagement.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
