Role – BD Executive JOB DESCRIPTION
 1) Pipe Line value of projects. Onboarding Minimum 2 New clients /projects closure required as mandatory in Digital Marketing segment by selling the services. 2) Planning of monthly Calendar and meetings with Clients for closure 3) Achieve the Monthly Targets to Receive 8% Variable part of the salary every month.  4) Engage in Client Relationship Management / Feedback & Customer Acquisition. Meeting new clients if required 5) New Leads generated in a month vs closure viz. Digital Marketing Upto 2 Closure Leads in a Month. Also Upto 5% extra perks of New Deal Total Closure Value if any . 6) Upsell of services in an ongoing project to increase the revenue. 7) Research and analysis of social media trends, tools, including Influencer Marketing, Social media revenue where we can pitch to a new client.     Skills for this position.      - Good communication Skills & Graduation is a must      - Goal Driven Mindset      - Strategic Thinking & Presentation Skills      - Smart execution and client dealing     Working Location BIENE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED Location - Tower 3, Cabin A- 1013 ,NX-ONE, Techzone 4 ,Greater Noida West Office Timings – 10.30 Am to 7Pm OR 11 am to 7.30 pm (Monday to Friday) 1st & 3rd Saturday is working too.
