About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven BD Executive to join our team for Gold & Silver Bullion sales. This role involves both direct field sales and client relationship management. Candidates with good communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a client base for gold & silver bullion sales.
• Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing clients.
• Explain product features, market trends, and investment benefits to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Stay updated on bullion market rates, trends, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain records of sales calls, client interactions, and transactions.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience (field sales preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field sales.
• Basic knowledge of gold & silver markets is an advantage (training will be provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
